You've designed your creation, approved the proof, and now comes the hardest part: waiting.

Here's everything about how your creation gets from our production facility to your hands.

Production Timeline

Before shipping even begins, your creation needs to be made.

Design Phase (1-3 days)

  • AI processing
  • Design generation
  • Your review and approval
  • Any revisions

Production Phase (2-3 weeks)

  • printing (can take 24-48 hours alone)
  • Color application
  • Curing and setting
  • Quality inspection
  • Finishing touches

Total pre-shipping time: 2-4 weeks

This isn't Amazon. Handcrafted, custom items take time. The wait is worth it.

  • Tracking: Full tracking provided

Express Shipping

  • Timeline: 2-4 business days after production
  • Cost: Premium rate at checkout
  • Tracking: Full tracking with priority handling
  • Carrier: Major express carriers

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping to most locations.

Tracking Your Order

When You'll Get Tracking

  • Email with tracking number once shipped
  • Also available in your account dashboard

If Tracking Seems Stuck

International shipments sometimes show limited updates while in customs or international transit. This is normal. Reach out if there's no movement for 7+ days.

Customs and Duties

For International Orders

Your country may charge:

  • Import duties: Tax on goods entering the country
  • VAT/GST: Local sales tax
  • Processing fees: Carrier customs handling

Who Pays?

Typically the recipient is responsible for customs charges. We can't predict these costs as they vary by country and change frequently.

How to Prepare

  • Research your country's import rules for "decorative items" or "gifts"
  • Keep our invoice (included) for customs declaration
  • Don't refuse delivery due to duties—the creation will be destroyed or returned

Declaration Accuracy

We accurately declare all shipments. We won't mark items as "gifts" or undervalue them to avoid duties—that's fraud and hurts everyone.

Delivery Day

Signature Requirements

  • Some shipments require signature
  • Plan to be available or authorize release
  • Safe delivery locations noted if available

What If I'm Not Home?

  • Most carriers leave notices
  • Redelivery can be scheduled
  • Pickup from local depot often available
  • Check carrier's specific policy

Inspecting on Arrival

  • Check outer packaging for damage
  • Photograph any damage before opening
  • Open carefully (save packing materials)
  • Inspect creation immediately

If Something Goes Wrong

Package Never Arrives

  1. Check tracking for delivery confirmation
  2. Contact carrier for investigation
  3. Reach out to us if unresolved
  4. We'll work with carrier on claims

Arrived Damaged

  1. Photograph everything (box, packing, creation)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours
  3. Keep all materials
  4. We'll arrange replacement or refund

Wrong Item

Rare, but if it happens:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Don't dispose of incorrect item
  3. We'll arrange exchange shipping

Stolen Package

  1. File police report if applicable
  2. Check with neighbors
  3. Contact carrier for investigation
  4. Reach out to us for claim processing

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the shipping address after ordering? Before shipping: Yes, contact us quickly. After shipping: Contact carrier directly (fees may apply).

Can I expedite an order already in production? Production timeline is fixed (items are made to order). Express shipping only speeds up the final delivery leg.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes for USPS-delivered orders. No for courier-required shipments.

What about military addresses (APO/FPO)? We ship to US military addresses. Delivery times vary.

Can I pick up locally? Currently we don't offer local pickup. All orders ship.

International shipping seems expensive—why? Customs brokerage, dimensional weight pricing, and insurance add up for international small parcels. We pass through carrier rates without markup.

Planning for Special Occasions

Wedding/Event Creations

Order 6-8 weeks before the event minimum. 12 weeks is more comfortable.

Holiday Gifts

Our holiday cutoff dates are announced in November. Order early—shipping carriers get overwhelmed.

Birthday Gifts

3-4 weeks minimum. Rush production may be available for additional cost.
