Damaged, defective or not what you ordered? Email info@paperla.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it — no need to send it back. Because every piece is personalized to your design, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

Each case type has its own build:

• Clear Soft and Soft cases: flexible TPU that bends instead of cracking.
• Snap and Clear cases: a slim, one-piece polycarbonate shell.
• Clear Impact and MagSafe Clear Impact cases: a rigid polycarbonate back with flexible TPU edges.
• Tough and MagSafe Tough cases: a hard polycarbonate shell over a shock-absorbing TPU lining.
• Biodegradable cases: a blend of 40% wheat straw and 60% TPU.
• Wallet cases: artificial leather, with card slots in the flap.
• Crossbody cases: a polycarbonate back with TPU sides and loops for a cord, sold separately.
