At Paperla, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What Qualifies for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if your product:

  • Arrives damaged (broken, chipped, or cracked during shipping)
  • Has manufacturing defects (wrong material, print errors, or quality issues)
  • Is the wrong design or product (different from what you ordered)
  • Does not match the product description or preview shown at checkout
  • Was lost in transit (not received within 8 weeks of order date)

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your product
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue with the product
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Refund Timeline

Once your return request is approved:

  • Review and approval: 1–2 business days after receiving your request
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, Klarna, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

Important

All Paperla products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is uniquely produced for you, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color differences between screen preview and physical product (inherent to 3D printing)
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Claims filed more than 14 days after delivery
