Our Commitment

Paperla is working to make its shopping, design, checkout, and account experiences usable for people with disabilities.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the product benchmark for web accessibility and review critical customer journeys before release.

What We Do

  • Provide keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, dialogs, and checkout controls.
  • Keep visible focus styles and skip navigation available in the page shell.
  • Use descriptive labels, accessible names, and meaningful product image alternatives.
  • Run automated accessibility checks on critical rendered pages and keep manual review notes for gaps automation cannot prove.

Known Limitations

Some older content and third-party payment surfaces may not yet match our target standard. We track and prioritize fixes when issues are found.
